April is upon us and the weather has turned. The urge for many people to begin the count down to exercising for the summer is not uncommon and while many will be recovering from the last 5 months of preparing for the marathon you may be thinking I am ready to take the plunge and make this the year to break all previous efforts.

Over the next few months I am going to help you put together some great training practices, programmes and tips  to spice the training up and give you some new ideas about how to train! Think you don't have time to train for an hour to get a body to die for, well think again. Quality and precision can help you get a body with no more than two 30 minute workouts a week!
