Starting with the basics
You need to think about how you eat to get the best results. The following needs to be followed to make it a change rather than a short process.
• Portions – Change your bowl at night to a small plate/bowl i.e. not a large plate.
• You need to eat regularly and not in small large portions. An example is this
7-15 am Get Up
7-30am Eat (Breakfast part 1)
9-00am work
10-30am Eat (small snack)
1-00pm Eat (Lunch)
3-30pm Snack
5-30pm to 6-30pm (Dinner)
No snacks afterwards (Low cal hot chocolate or tea)
Eating – High protein and low on carbs
Water (as much as you want- nearly)
Juice (low cal and if pure juices mix with water)
Cut the beer at moment
