Want to lose weight! - Start Here

Starting with the basics

 
You need to think about how you eat to get the best results. The following needs to be followed to make it a change rather than a short process.
• Portions – Change your bowl at night to a small plate/bowl i.e. not a large plate.
• You need to eat regularly and not in small large portions. An example is this

7-15 am Get Up
7-30am Eat (Breakfast part 1)
9-00am work
10-30am Eat (small snack)
1-00pm Eat (Lunch)
3-30pm Snack
5-30pm to 6-30pm (Dinner)
No snacks afterwards (Low cal hot chocolate or tea)

Eating – High protein and low on carbs
Water (as much as you want- nearly)
Juice (low cal and if pure juices mix with water)
Cut the beer at moment

Side note: These things you should think about as they will help long term!

For Starter's - Think before you read

The decision for you to read this I hope is to find out how and why maybe you have not lost weight before or if you have why it has not stayed off.

For starter's lets begin by being honest with dieting and eating for health. There are pages and pages of media attention everyday with many articles and news flashes put in front of your face by the TV or the headline in the newspaper because there is a new trend to a new piece of research that tells you the untold truth about the benefits fo eating Red Meat or the next day negatives of eating red meat.

I am sure you have read plenty of these articles and really do not know what to do or where to go for the rigth advice on anything to do with losing weight or eating healthly.

Well, that is the reason why I hope you will follow me to help you get a greater understanding of what works and what does not.

I will be writing informative and easily to digest information. The shortcuts, the things you have to do and the ways to stay looking good and staying healthy (not alwasy the same thing).

So the most important part to food and you is taking some time to think before you act. This way you will do it correctly and succesfully.
